Breakthrough Fort Worth - Summer Learning

Breakthrough Fort Worth prepares youth with high academic potential to pursue their college goals. During the summer, volunteers participate in and/or execute programming in six different areas: Teacher Welcome, Clubs Fair, Club Presentation Days, Mock Fancy Meal, Summer Clubs, Breakthrough Champion’s Day, and the Closing Celebration Event. Service Mentors for Summer Clubs give a short presentation on community service, the history and impact of JLFW, and how community service aids in the college application process.
